GUARANTEE & REFUNDS

All products have a standard 90 day guarantee from the day you receive the goods. If you are not satisfied for any reason you can receive replacement or a  full refund provided reasonable care has been taken whilst the goods are in your possession. Please use the RETURNS TAB to request a refund or if you prefer you can call us on 01302 701078.

NOTE: You may be asked to return a product in some circumstances. Home Clean Products will send a return label with instructions by email and will pay the postage costs. The customer is responsible for packaging the item within the guidelines to ensure no extra costs are not occurred. The customer will be liable for any extra costs if reasonable care has not been taken to package the item(s) within the guidelines. Once we we receive the returned item the refund will be credited within 3 working days (note: it may take longer to show on your bank account).

NOTE: USE THE RETURS TAB TO REQUEST A REFUND and we will reply and give any instructions if needed to ensure you get the refund.

If we can not supply a product for any reason we will refund the money back to the original payment method within 3 days. We will notify you with of the refund and the reason for the refund.  (note: it may take longer to show on your bank account). Home Clean Products reserves the right to cancel and refund any orders for any reason if needed.
